My friend's mother told me lately that God's word is a light unto our path... but not a floodlight that shows us everything at once. You seem to be seeking God in all this, which is also encouraging to see cause He honors that. I guess it's just hard when He sees how all the pieces fit together to prepare you for what's ahead when you can't see it yet, right?
